 A. PENDAHULUAN

 

Untuk lebih meningkatkan produktifitas dalam suatu industri adalah merupakan suatu pekerjaan yang sangat berat, namun demikian hal itu tetap harus dilakukan apabila perusahaan masih ingin tetap eksis dan memiliki daya saing. Teknik Industri merupakan salah satu cara di dalam dunia industri untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktifitas kerja, oleh karenanya setiap orang yang bertanggung jawab di dalam suatu industri perlu memahami dan menguasai teknik industri ini  Dalam pelatihan ini akan dibahas cara-cara meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktifitas di bidang kerja masing-masing, baik peningkatan melalui sisi mesin, material, system & procedur kerja maupun dari sisi (manpower) tenaga kerja.
